Use case

Vehicle dealers and importers

Sales, purchase and import agreements signed on the buyer's phone, with Yes/No for each extra, initials on every page and the signed copy filed against the customer.

A vehicle deal comes with paperwork: a sales agreement, sometimes a purchase agreement when you buy a trade-in or a stock car, and for importers an agreement covering the import itself. Each one has extras to accept or decline, details only the buyer knows, and pages that should be initialled.

EasySign was first built for exactly this. It runs Importify's import service, sales and purchase agreements every day.

What it looks like

  • Your own agreement. Upload the PDF you already use. Your wording stays exactly as it is.
  • Your side first. Fill in the vehicle, price and terms. Your saved signature goes on with your recorded consent.
  • The buyer's side on their phone. They get a link and follow the Next button: their details, a Yes or No for each optional extra, initials on each page, signature last.
  • Everyone gets the same copy. The completed PDF goes to the buyer and to you with a certificate of completion, and is filed against the customer.

Why it fits a dealership

A buyer standing on the yard, or at home a long way away, can sign on the phone in their pocket. Options are a clear Yes or No, so nobody argues later about a box that was never ticked. And the record shows who signed, when and from where.

Selling overseas

Importify sends international sales agreements in US and Australian dollars, euros and British pounds. If you deal with buyers in Australia, the legal basis page sets out where electronic signatures stand there.
