EasySign

Everything it takes to get an agreement signed, and nothing it does not.

EasySign is built around the document you already send. These are the parts of it, in the order you meet them.

Sending

Start from the document you already use. EasySign does not make you rebuild it as a form.

Upload your own PDF
Your agreement, your wording, your layout. Upload it and place the fields where they belong.
Sender-filled and signer-filled fields
Mark each field as yours to complete before sending, or the signer’s to complete. Nobody can fill in the other side’s part.
Saved sender signature
Save your signature once and have it applied to the documents you send. Your consent to that is recorded.
Optional access code
Add an access code to a request when you want a second check, and give it to the signer another way.

Signing

The signer never has to work out what to do. The Next button takes them to each thing, in order.

Guided Next steps
Each step is one task: a field to fill, an option to choose, a page to initial. Signature comes last.
Yes/No options
Optional extras and choices are a clear Yes or No, not a box someone forgets to tick.
Initials on each page
Ask for initials page by page, and the signer cannot skip one.
Any device
Phone, tablet or computer. No app and no account; just the link and a one-time email code.

Follow-up

The chasing is done for you, and old links do not hang around.

Automatic reminders
Signers who have not finished get reminders without anyone having to remember.
Link expiry
Signing links stop working after a set time, so a forwarded or forgotten link cannot be used much later.

The completed document

What everyone gets at the end is the document you sent, finished, with the evidence attached.

Original pages unchanged
Your pages come first, exactly as they were, with the answers, initials and signatures on top.
Signature page and certificate
Then a signature page and a certificate of completion: names, emails, IP addresses, times and the full event history.
Sealed
The finished PDF carries a digital seal and an outside timestamp, so any later change shows. See Security.
Filed against the contact
The completed copy goes to everyone and is filed against the contact it was sent to.

Where it runs

Use EasySign on its own, inside Leadgun, or under your own name.

On its own
Senders work in the EasySign app at app.easysign.nz; signers use links on sign.easysign.nz.
Inside Leadgun
An opt-in Agreements tab in Leadgun, Webgun’s CRM. EasySign in Leadgun.
On your own domain
Signing links on your address, such as sign.yourcompany.co.nz, and custom setups. Custom domains.
Security by design
Seals, email codes and a hash-chained audit trail. Security.

See it with one of your own documents.

Send us a PDF you use now. We will set it up in EasySign and walk you through sending and signing it, on a phone and a laptop.
