Trades quotes and job sign-offs
Get quotes accepted and finished jobs signed off on the client's phone, with options as Yes or No and the signed copy filed against the client.
For a builder, electrician, plumber or landscaper, two documents matter more than most: the quote the client accepts before you start, and the sign-off when the job is done. Both are easy to leave as a "yep, go ahead" text message, and both are worth having signed properly.
Quotes
- Send the quote you already write. Upload the PDF and place the fields: acceptance, options, signature.
- Options as Yes or No. Upgrades and extras each get a clear Yes or No, so the client chooses and you know exactly what was agreed.
- Reminders do the chasing. If the client has not signed, reminders go out on their own.
Job sign-offs
- On site, on their phone. Send the sign-off before you leave. The client checks it, initials each page and signs.
- A record with the job. The completed copy goes to you both, with a certificate of completion showing who signed and when, and is filed against the client.
What it does not do
EasySign signs documents. It does not write your quotes or replace your job management software. If a document has its own legal form or signing rules, check those first; the legal basis page has the general position.
