How it works
Two sides, eight steps. You do four of them once per document; your client does four, guided the whole way.
You send it
- 1
Upload the PDF
Start with the agreement you already use. EasySign keeps its pages exactly as they are.
- 2
Place the fields
Drop fields where the answers go: names, dates, amounts, Yes/No options, initials and signatures. Mark each one as yours or the signer’s.
- 3
Fill your side
Complete the sender fields. If you have saved your signature, it goes on with your recorded consent.
- 4
Send
Add the signer’s name and email. They get a link by email. You can add an optional access code to give them another way.
They sign it
- 1
Open the link
On a phone, tablet or computer. No account, no app.
- 2
Check the code
A one-time code goes to their email, so the person signing is the person you sent it to.
- 3
Follow Next
Each step is one job: fill in a field, choose Yes or No, initial a page. Nothing gets skipped.
- 4
Sign last
Once everything else is done, they sign, and everyone gets the completed, sealed copy.
What the signer sees
A yellow flag marks the next thing to do. The Next button takes them there, and the step bar shows how far they have to go.

After the last signature
Everyone gets the same completed PDF: your original pages unchanged, then a signature page and a certificate of completion with names, emails, IP addresses, times and the full event history. It is filed against the contact it was sent to, and carries a digital seal with an outside timestamp. Reminders and link expiry look after anyone who has not finished.

Send us a PDF you use now. We will set it up in EasySign and walk you through sending and signing it, on a phone and a laptop.
